Referral Rewards
We believe in the power of word-of-mouth, and we cherish the invaluable support we receive from our satisfied customers. To show our appreciation, we will send you a $50 gift card for every friend or family member that lists you as a referral. That is a $50 gift every time you refer a client to us, so make sure to remind them to tell us who referred them (we will make sure to ask too, of course)!! It's our way of saying "thank you" for being a part of our journey and helping us grow.
Loyalty Rewards & The Richter Animal Hospital App
For every $100 spent on a single invoice, you’ll earn one loyalty point. Earn 16 loyalty points and you’ll receive a $100 loyalty reward on your Richter Animal Hospital account to use for any product or service in the future! Loyalty points do not expire and have no monetary value outside of this program. Invoices must be paid in full at the time of service to receive loyalty points, and loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed at the appointment in which they were earned.
Loyalty points can be tracked through the Richter Animal Hospital App, (although you do not have to use the app to earn loyalty points/rewards). To download the app for your preferred mobile device, click on a link below or search for Richter Animal Hospital in your App or Google Play store. Prefer to use a computer? No problem, you can download the app to your laptop or PC. And here is a little secret...you earn a loyalty point just for downloading the app!
IMPORTANT: When you create your login, be sure to use the same e-mail address as the one used to set up your RAH hospital account so that the app will sync properly, allowing you to view your pets' information and receive reminders via the app.*
*The first sync with our system will happen 1 day after you download the app, so you will be able to see your pets’ information within 24-48 hours.
